- District documentation should be submitted by Wednesday, 18 March.
- Region documentation should be submitted by Wednesday, 15 April.
Please send completed forms to uilspeakingdocuments@gmail.com
- Please indicate both the contest and district or region number in the email's subject field; e.g., Prose District 27-2A or Poetry Region 3-3A.
- Do NOT send forms to Austin for either district or regional competition.
Every effort will be made to check the documentation and to contact the coach in a timely manner if a problem is discovered. Our goal is to ensure a smooth start to the OI contests; having the documentation in place and checked well before the date of the contest facilitates a good start to both the contests and the meet.
